Cudo Ventures is a specialist Distributed Computing organisation working with a variety of industries to deliver world class compute services based on Blockchain Technology. We established the business in 2017, based on the shared belief that we could bring something different and compelling to the Cloud Compute market; a solution that would deliver better outcomes for businesses and users.
We know that great marketing will be crucial to the further growth of our business and so we are now seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager; someone who is excited by the opportunity to join our small, growing business at an early stage and make their mark in a newly created role.
You will design and support the execution of strategic marketing campaigns to build our brand and boost our exposure in the global web 3 market. You will work with the Head of Head of Marketing and Partnerships to oversee the end-to-end execution of communication from design to delivery of a token, leveraging in-house specialists and a network of partners.
You will work on our Token project and our in house marketing team to help build community momentum building up to a sale of distribution events and give guidance to assist sustainable network growth through industry best practice to develop successful case-studies: both internal and examples form the wider market.
You will work with the core team to map, build, shape, and pitch business partners to join our ecosystem – exchanges, listing sites, influencers and publishers all looking to deliver a positive impact for these communities.
At the go-to-market stage, we would expect you to have experience and achievements in:

Business & Partnership Development
Local Community Engagement
Deep exposure with community outlets – be a ‘crypto native’ (since at least 2017) and must have personally participated in several token sales either in; teams that issued tokens (successful or otherwise), as a direct retail investor or through a fund.
You will be aware of the Token Engineering movement, its principles and tooling.
You will be process driven, detail orientated but pragmatic and service oriented. At Outlier we treat our portfolio as customers and trusted long-term partners.
You will be able to comfortably handle fast paced, multi-stakeholder projects, keeping founders and their partners to schedule with diligence and pragmatism.
Ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones
