Summary

HPB Global Marketing Team is looking for a talented Marketing Assistant on coordinating cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deliver all kinds of marketing campaigns to be completed on time, within budget, according to specifications, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up marketing plan, research, budget and marketing calendar.
• Create and maintain company media materials such as brochures, newsletters and press release.
• Assit in copywriter recruitment and copywriter management ( briefing, content quality control and payment).
• Assist with proofreading for official annoucement, press release and digital marketing contents.
• Assit with social media maintenane, such as Twitter, Linkedin, Medium, Facebook, etc.
• Assist Global marketing team in working with global press agencies, paid media and digital marketing agencies.
• Assist in building influencer relations and managing influencers.
• Conduct market research and intelligence analysis.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests while working towards a deadline.
• Logical and proactive problem solver, and proven ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience with photoshop or Figma is a plus.
