Summary
The Brokerage team is the core of Robinhood and is responsible for many of our founding products. As a member of this team, you'll be at the epicenter of all the action, orchestrating and crafting the very essence of what defines Robinhood.
As a senior designer for options, you'll have the opportunity to craft innovative experiences that serve the investing needs of our options customers, empowering both new and sophisticated investors with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions.

What you’ll do
- Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fidelity sketches and prototypes
- Partner closely with your cross-functional team to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
- Leverage data and user insights to inform your decision-making and drive business impact
What you bring
- 5+ years experience in product design
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates love and care for your craft
- Proven experience building impactful consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Strong product sensibility
- Interest or experience in investing

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$161,500—$190,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$141,950—$167,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)
$125,800—$148,000 USD
