1. Design, model, and animate distinctive 3D digital avatars and collectibles for flagship fan applications
2. Create high-quality GLB files optimized for web and mobile platforms
3. Collaborate directly with esports teams to transform their ideas into 3D wearables

Required Qualifications

1. 3+ years of professional experience in 3D design
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating detailed 3D assets and characters
3. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and texturing software
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
5. Experience with real-time 3D graphics and optimization for web/mobile platforms
6. Bonus if you have a passion for gaming, esports, or web3
