WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Ripple is seeking a collaborative and highly adaptable individual to support our fast-paced, growing accounting team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual that enjoys learning, improving, and building processes in a dynamic, innovative environment.

The Accounting Intern will be responsible for supporting the month-end and quarter-end financial close processes and working closely with cross-functional teams within the Finance organization to maintain accurate financial records. You will also work on a variety of improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects within the U.S. Accounting team focused on streamlining processes while maintaining financial statement accuracy. This internship will allow you to apply what you have learned in school and further enhance your knowledge and expertise through hands-on training.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

1. Major in Business, Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics
2. Basic understanding of US GAAP
3. Working knowledge in Excel 
4. Ability to stay organized and meet hard deadlines
5. Collaborative approach to working on projects 
6. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and self-driven initiative
7. Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
8. Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset
9. Available to come into the San Francisco office 2 to 3 times per week as required

For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
