Summary

As our Accounting Manager, you will work alongside our internal team to resolve any issues before the audit.  You will also help to anticipate potential questions from the auditing firm so our responses are organized and complete. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in public accounting and has managed a team. Experience in financial services, capital markets, and/or cryptocurrency is preferred.   Responsibilities

• Ensure our company records are up to date
• Help organize materials that could be requested
• Identify and assess areas of risk
• Identify & resolve potential issues
• Responsible for the books, records, and financial statements of multiple entities
• Consolidate financials and present them to executives, regulators, and underwriters
• Help our 3rd party accounting firm prepare tax returns

• In-depth knowledge of accounting best practices, policies, and regulations

• 3+ years experience in public accounting
• Experience with auditing and accounting
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, and/or cryptocurrency preferred
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
