Summary

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be a key member of our expert accounting team, overseeing daily financial operations for our HQ and subsidiaries. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of accounting activities in a dynamic fintech environment. You’ll take ownership of critical accounting transactions while driving process improvements and contributing to impactful projects focused on data accuracy and financial efficiency.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage end-to-end bookkeeping across various accounting tasks
2. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions, including accounts receivable/payable, cash management, bank postings, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
3. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated reports
4. Collaborate on projects to enhance data quality and optimise financial processes

Who You Are

1. 3-5 years of accounting experience
2. Solid knowledge of Austrian GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus
3. Hands-on experience in invoice processing and expense claim management
4. Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
5. Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage
