Summary

The candidate will be responsible for the lead expansion, implementation, and execution of field marketing efforts. He/She will work closely with Account Manager/s and the sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities. This position will be a project based onset and can be extended as needed.

What you'll do

1. Plan and complete field marketing efforts after conducting preliminary research.
2. Develop robust knowledge of crypto and fiat services.
3. Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events.
4. Promote business expansion thru business meeting (online or in person)
5. Attend relevant trade shows and events to capture a wide range of markets.
6. Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns.
7. Report weekly/monthly on the status of achieving volume and sign up conversion.
8. Perform other related duties, and ad-hoc tasks as they may be required from time to time.

What we expect from you

1. Has a background for Crypto Product.
2. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Google Suite programs.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cebuano/English and Filipino.
4. Highly-flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
5. Loves data and data conversion as part of his KPI.
6. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly with minimal supervision.
7. Has a track record for getting things done - drive, ownership, and execution are at the core of our culture.
8. In field marketing experience in digital banking is a plus.
