Summary

We’re currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid role with MWF in office). This is a great opportunity for AR/Finance professionals to work within an industry-leading crypto custodian and prime brokerage firm. 

Responsibilities:

1. Generate AR aging and review customers/partners statements.
2. Identify delinquent accounts and perform collections on past due invoices to maintain targeted DSO under 60 days.
3. Maintain positive relationships with customers/partners while addressing any billing inquiries or disputes
4. Collaborate with Sales, Data Scientist, and Staking team to resolve customers/partners
5. discrepancies on billing and payments.
6. Correspond with potentially delinquent customers. Freeze and terminate accounts on
7. Salesforce when needed.
8. Validate and process credit memos/rebates.
9. Processed in-kind payment application for partners and reconcile weekly.
10. Perform month-end AR close responsibilities
11. Review customer contract and opportunity in Salesforce
12. Generate manual invoices in NetSuite and Stripe.
13. Assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
2. Strong experience with NetSuite
3. Strong experience with Salesforce
4. Great team player, communicator and listener
5. Passion for detail, accuracy and all things numbers
6. Degree or relevant certification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
7. Interest in crypto/digital assets preferred
