Summary

We are looking for an Affiliate Business Development Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Business Development team, which is spread out over all time zones, with a directive to manage client relationships with WOO, build client relationships and determine where to expand to ensure clients' needs are met and revenue growth is obtained. The team handles 2C, 2B and broker relationships and works closely with the Product and Ecosystem to ensure that relevant feedback is worked into the underlying products. Interested? What you’ll be working on:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive affiliate program strategy to drive growth and engagement.
  2. Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, ensuring they align with our brand and business objectives.
  3. Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and resources to maximize their performance.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including User Growth, Product and Legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of affiliate initiatives.
  5. Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities within the web3 space.
  7. Representing WOO at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our affiliate program and build strategic partnerships.

About you:

  1. Proven track record in business development within the web3 space (preferably within CeFi or DeFi platforms)
  2. Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  3. A strong network of contacts within the web3 ecosystem, including influencers, content creators, and other potential affiliate partners.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools.
  8. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
