Summary

Your role:

  1. Develop and Refine the Affiliate Program as a Product:
  2. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build the affiliate program from the ground up, ensuring its continuous improvement.
  3. Play a significant role in scoping and enhancing Nexo's affiliate program.
  4. Identify and implement strategies to boost affiliate recruitment, engagement, and retention.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and analysis to optimize program performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Grow and Mentor an Affiliate Team:

  1. Recruit talented individuals to support and expand our affiliate marketing efforts.
  2. Develop and build a strong affiliate marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  3. Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  4. Implement training programs to ensure continuous professional development and growth within the team.
  5. Align team goals with overall business objectives to drive affiliate program success.

Manage Affiliate Partner Relationships:

  1. Onboard and nurture new and existing affiliate partners.
  2. Actively recruit new partners to expand and diversify our network.
  3. Keep affiliates updated with the latest product updates, promotions, and guidelines.
  4. Monitor promotions and placements to maximize exposure and engagement.

Event Management and Promotion:

  1. Lead efforts to promote our affiliate program at industry events such as iGB, Sigma, and iFX.
  2. Manage event presence, ensuring effective representation and engagement.
  3. Network and build relationships with potential partners at these events to expand our affiliate network.

Analyze and Report on Affiliate Performance:

  1. Track and analyze affiliate activity, including traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  2. Benchmark best practices and monitor competitors' campaigns to identify improvements.
  3. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management with insights and optimization recommendations.
