Summary
As Associate, Eco & BD, you’ll conceptualize, implement, and manage growth initiatives for early- to mid-stage builders across all verticals (DeFi, gaming, NFTs, etc) to become thriving ecosystem projects. You will use creativity and data-driven evidence to identify which strategies and support verticals to prioritize. You will manage, maintain, and improve internal and externally-facing systems and processes. You are ready and willing to tackle any challenge, no problem too small. You are self-sufficient, organized, and ambitious, with existing experience in L1/L2 ecosystem development.
- What will you be working on?
- Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and key players in the crypto and blockchain space.
- Identify, source, and onboard the right set of affiliate partners to align with the company's product goals and business strategy.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with top affiliates globally, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual success.
- Manage and optimize relationships with existing affiliates and clients, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with affiliate partners and internal teams to design and implement campaigns; work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address affiliate needs and ensure seamless integration and execution.
- Who will you be working with?
- Maintain close collaboration with the Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure cohesive strategies and streamlined processes.
- About you
- Two or more years of experience in ecosystem growth/BD at an L1/L2 blockchain or similar (e.g. portfolio support at a venture firm), onboarding and growing successful projects from the ground up
- You are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities
- You are no-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented
- You are an excellent speaker and writer
- You are personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships
