Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms such as SVM, LSTM, CNN, transformer, Bert and so on. With practical experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs). Proficiency in Python, SQL, and a keen interest in the finance and blockchain sectors are essential. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize large model outputs through prompt engineering to create better AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize intelligent agents framework based on large models.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze industrial data to generate business insights.
Requirements
- ● Education:
- ○ Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- ● Technical Skills:
- ○ Proficiency in Python, SQL and Pyspark.
- ○ Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including a clear grasp of the differences between various algorithms.
- ○ Familiarity with Large Language Models and their practical applications, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Knowledge Graph RAG and AI Agents, including fine-tuning and pretraining techniques.
- ○ Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- ○ Familiarity with data analytics platforms (databricks) will be a plus.
- ○ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) will be a plus.
- ● Soft Skills:
- ○ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ○ Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- ○ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
