Summary

We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As an AI Marketer, you will autonomously design and implement AI-driven marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Your role will involve mass content creation, managing AI influencer accounts across various social channels, and building a team of AI agents to support our game launches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mass Content Creation: Utilize AI tools to produce images, graphic designs, and videos at scale, capturing gameplay, CGI footage, stills, and character renders to generate diverse content.
2. AI Influencer Management: Create and manage AI influencer accounts (both faceless and AI-generated personalities) across various social channels, rapidly scaling their presence.
3. AI Agent Team Building: Develop and oversee a team of AI agents, including those for Discord communities, social media, and marketing strategy, all working collaboratively towards launching our games.
4. AI/LLM Literacy: Craft precise prompts for tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini; and orchestrate agents using frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain, AutoGPT, or BabyAGI.
5. Automation & Workflow Management: Set up workflows and API integrations using platforms like n8n or Make.com; connect disparate tools via APIs and webhooks; and apply basic scripting in JavaScript or Python where needed for customizations.
6. Content Generation & Synthetic Media: Employ AI video tools (e.g., Runway, D-ID) for AI avatars and influencers; utilize voice synthesis for generating or cloning voices; use image tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI) for art direction; and design scripted personas with distinct traits and communication styles.
7. Ability to auto-deploy content in various languages as needed. Ensuring AI Agent(s) find the best translations that make sense to users.
8.  Regular reporting to stakeholders will be essential to track progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience in AI-Driven marketing, demonstrating a proven track record of implementing AI-driven marketing strategies.
2. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automation in marketing.
3. Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms relevant to marketing systems.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
5. Experience with emerging AI technologies and their applications in marketing, including chatbots, recommendation systems, and dynamic content generation.

Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating real-life examples of:

1. AI-driven marketing campaigns.
2. Developed AI agents or chatbots.
3. Managed social media accounts showcasing AI-enhanced content.
4. Content created using AI tools.

Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical test to assess their proficiency in developing and implementing AI-driven marketing strategies.
