Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an AI Trainer with a strong background in applied AI tools and use cases. The successful candidate will possess an excellent understanding of AI and machine learning, with a particular focus on how these tools are used in practice. This role requires the ability to analyze the market of applied AI tools, compare them, and select the best ones for our internal use. The AI Trainer will also work closely with our team to leverage productivity tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Pre-procurement AI tool evaluations
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for evaluating and selecting the most effective AI tools for our internal needs based on market analysis.
- Evaluate the compatibility and suitability of AI tools based on our company’s requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with different departments including IT Team and department heads to understand their needs and how AI can be applied to improve their functions.
- Assess the quality, effectiveness, and performance of AI tools through testing and experimentation.
- Selection and Intergration
- Recommend the most appropriate AI tools that align with our company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate contracts, pricing, and licensing agreements with AI tool vendors.
- Oversee the seamless integration of selected AI tools into existing systems and workflows.
- Ensure compatibility, scalability, and data security considerations are met during the implementation and deployment processes for the sake of minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of AI solutions in the organization to ensure they are used to their full potential.
- Training and Education
- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials to educate employees on the selected AI tools.
- Train and guide other employees ((via Training sessions, workshops, seminars, etc. ) on the practical applications of AI, machine learning tools, and techniques, enabling them to effectively utilize these in their respective roles
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to employees, addressing any questions, concerns, or challenges related to AI tools.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and applications to ensure the organization remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Performance evaluation and mornitoring
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the implemented AI tools
- Collect and analyze feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and optimize tool usage, making necessary adjustment and improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in the AI industry, preferably in a training or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of the current market landscape of applied AI tools and their practical applications.
- Ability to analyze complex data and technical information to assess which AI tools are most suitable for the company’s needs.
- Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience.
- Strong experience in implementing and using productivity tools.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and with people at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in AI research or working on AI projects.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and learning management systems.
- Certifications or additional courses in AI or related fields.
- Experience in curriculum development and learning outcome assessments.
- Strong motivational skills and an ability to promote interactive learning.
