Summary

Gemini is looking for an action-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape to join as a Marketing Analyst, focused on social media and community engagement for the APAC region. They will be responsible for marketing efforts across social media and email, community engagement, and other activations in APAC.

The ideal candidate will be interested in learning a variety of areas within the marketing organization. Comfortable with executing in a fast paced global environment, and supporting cross-functional launches while maintaining a strong focus on results. This is a unique opportunity to deliver on a global roadmap that will help drive crypto product adoption.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to go-to-market plans for major product launches that require cross-functional support and work with Product, Design, Comms and Marketing to deliver on these project plans.
2. Execute and evolve a multi-channel strategy that grows Gemini’s brand awareness, engagement, and reach in order to drive user growth and engagement.
3. Drive adoption of key Gemini products through partner and affiliate activations, social media (𝕏 (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube), and email.
4. Identify business opportunities with market and competitive insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs.
5. Build a robust growth and test plan across media, channels, and other user touch points to drive performance.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of project management and collaboration.
2. Experience developing content on social, with a strong eye for copy, creative and storytelling.
3. 1-2 years experience executing marketing across multiple channels (e.g., email and social).
4. Working knowledge of marketing channels and an interest in developing a deeper understanding of these channels over time.
5. Deep understanding of crypto and Web3 including current trends, price movements, etc.
