Gemini is looking for a creative and trend savvy storyteller who thrives in the fast paced world of social media. Responsibilities:

1. Execute and evolve a multi-channel content strategy that further grows Gemini’s brand affinity, engagement, reach, and audience.
2. Handle content creation end to end, from ideation and scripting to shooting UGC style (iPhone) videos and editing.
3. Shoot UGC-style (iPhone) images and videos for all channels as needed.
4. Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management.
5. Collaborate with our video production team, design and marketing teams on content creation and campaigns to drive engagement.
6. Monitor social media performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
7. Maintain content calendar daily. 
8. Understand the social media universe and stay current with trends to achieve the best performance on social platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of social media content creation, channel growth, and engagement.
2. A track record of creating engaging, trend driven content that drives virality and audience growth.
3. Strong skills in content production, storytelling, and creative ideation.
4. Working knowledge of social analytics.
5. Deep understanding of the social media landscape; both short and long term trends.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this role is between $66,000 - $84,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we
