Summary
SmartDev is seeking an experienced and dynamic APAC Sales Director to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and establish strategic partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to lead high-impact sales initiatives.
- Business Development & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the APAC region.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key clients across industries.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and consultative selling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a regional sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, technology providers, and channel partners.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Sales Operations: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the APAC region.
- Of particular importance if a proven track record of selling software solutions into new accounts
- Successful proposal, bid and tender writing experience
- Experience of building strong C level relationships in target accounts at CIO, CDO and others associated with Digital Transformation.
- Strong technical understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Testing
