Summary
We are seeking an API Sales Manager to drive sales, usage and development of these industry leading API products. The ideal candidate will have a strong crypto-native background and experience selling products in the B2B2C and B2B2B segments. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills enabling them to work effectively across functional teams.
We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City and this role will be NYC based.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of API products to institutional users, guiding them through integrations and the post-sales process to ensure effective utilization.
- Build and nurture relationships with retail and institutional partners, supporting their needs and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
- Prospect, develop, and manage a pipeline of opportunities for retail integrations and institutional use cases.
- Engage with institutional users to understand their needs and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams for feature improvements.
- Collaborate with market makers, prospecting for UniswapX filler roles, and driving system improvements.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Legal, Communications, and Growth Marketing teams to align on product delivery and strategic goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of financial market structures and the institutional crypto landscape.
- Gather market feedback and relay insights to Product and Engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
- Represent Uniswap Labs internationally, contributing to growth efforts.
- Deliver compelling pitches and influence external stakeholders, including potential customers and regulators, to adopt Uniswap solutions.
- Foster collaboration to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience, including:
- 5-6 years in investment banking, sales, or trading.
- 1-2 years in crypto-native roles with demonstrated knowledge of the industry.
- Strong understanding of financial market structures and trading systems.
- Expertise in Uniswap protocols, product suite, and the broader crypto institutional landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence and persuade external stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 3-4 weeks annually to support global business development initiatives.
Minimum full-time salary of $202,000 - $224,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
