Summary

As Associate, Eco & BD, you’ll conceptualize, implement, and manage growth initiatives for early- to mid-stage builders across all verticals (DeFi, gaming, NFTs, etc) to become thriving ecosystem projects. You will use creativity and data-driven evidence to identify which strategies and support verticals to prioritize. You will manage, maintain, and improve internal and externally-facing systems and processes. You are ready and willing to tackle any challenge, no problem too small. You are self-sufficient, organized, and ambitious, with existing experience in L1/L2 ecosystem development.

What will you be working on?

1. You’ll develop and execute new initiatives that grow our ecosystem 
2. You’ll work alongside Business Development, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute initiatives
3. You’ll collaborate with a range of counterparties, builders, investors, exchanges, infrastructure providers—to promote the growth of our ecosystem
4. You’ll manage initiatives like grants programs and hackathons that bring builders to Orderly and encourage them to compose with other ecosystem apps
5. You'll research new defi protocols, work with L1/2 ecosystems, support in driving more utility for our token
6. Who will you be working with?
7. Maintain close collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Product & BD Teams.

About you

1. Two or more years of experience in ecosystem growth/BD at an L1/L2 blockchain or similar (e.g. portfolio support at a venture firm), onboarding and growing successful projects from the ground up
2. You are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities
3. You are no-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented
4. You are an excellent speaker and writer
5. You are personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships
