Summary

Product Sales is a team of specialists who will use their sales & product expertise to drive adoption for our technology platforms and solutions across new and existing Xalts customers.

You will collaborate with the revenue, operations, and product teams to develop product and industry knowledge. You will be instrumental in leading product discussions with existing and prospective customers, while helping to continually test, build and execute against our go to market strategy.

This role is based in Hong Kong and requires an individual with a strong background in product sales / technology consulting / product management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive adoption and usage of our technology platforms/solutions to both existing customers and new prospects in targeted markets
  2. Support the BD team in the sales funnel. This includes but is not limited to creating client presentations, analyzing client data, smooth onboarding on product sandbox and production platforms. 
  3. Refine Go To Market playbook by working closely with Revenue Operations, Strategy and Product.
  4. Manage the day to day engagement with clients as the first point of contact from Xalts, including for any issues faced by the client by relaying it to the respective internal teams.
  5. Collaborate with Client Solutions team to manage the technical and business due diligence process from clients (which is a critical process in deal closure).
  6. Be aware of evolving market dynamics and competition offerings to give continuous feedback on evolving the product thus increasing the value addition to your portfolio.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of account management or sales experience at a Technology company, driving adoption / sales for B2B / enterprise customers
  2. Excellent client communication skills in conversational speech and writing in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (preferable).
  3. Evidence of working cross functionally across multiple stakeholders to drive product or solution adoption
  4. The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
  5. Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  6. Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
  7. Excited about working in a hands on scale up environment
  8. Legally permissible to work in Hong Kong
