Duties & Responsibilities

1. Managing the operation and maintenance of the critical facility / physical infrastructure systems in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
2. Maintain a constant state of readiness in support of the goal of % uptime
3. Develop, Operate, and manage both SOPs and EOPs within the mining site and for the operational team.
4. Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of operations and maintenance.
5. Responsible for site wide safe work practices and compliance to safety plans.
6. Managing Run Time Operations and Maintenace Technicians, providing emergency responses as needed
7. Work with internal leadership to coordinate projects, manage capacity and optimize safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency
8. Supervise the on-site management of sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is completed within agreed upon time and performed according to established procedures
9. Schedule all shifts and team members to make sure all reach full time status.
10. Responsible for site inventory records.
11. Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
12. Additional duties as required

Qualifications

1. Education: High School or GED Equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in a crypto mining facility, plus shift lead / supervisory responsibilities.
3. Must have general understanding of large-scale networking, power, and crypto mining as a whole
4. Specific skills: Leadership capability, effective communication, Ability to work without supervision and complete assigned tasks; basic computer skills.
5. Personal characteristics: Pro-active, helpful, and pride in a job well done; team player.
6. Physical abilities: Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
7. Other Requirements: Reliable self-transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
