Base is looking for a DeFi Ecosystem Analyst who will help us build the onchain future by growing Base’s footprint. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

1. Develop, execute and create initiatives that position Base as the preferred network for both developers and users.
2. Cultivate and nurture partnerships with builders, creators, infrastructure providers, and other relevant industry players.
3. Maintain productive relationships with partners, establishing shared KPIs and resolving business, policy and technical issues.
4. Provide strategic recommendations for expansion opportunities that have a direct impact on product roadmaps and business goals.
5. Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to optimize builder programs and experiences.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

1. 4+ years relevant experience in technology, financial services, fintech or investing.
2. An unrelenting passion for DeFi and a robust onchain resume.
3. A results-driven mindset with humility and self-awareness.
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
5. Track record of driving positive partner experiences while properly setting expectations and holding difficult conversations.
6. Experience managing multiple complex projects across internal and external stakeholders through clear communication, strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative), and a constant focus on operational excellence.
7. Prior experience scaling a product, process, or idea to a developer community.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

$127,075—$149,500 USD
