Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a BD Ops Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Business Development team, which is spread out over all time zones, with a directive to manage client relationships with WOO, build client relationships and determine where to expand to ensure clients' needs are met and revenue growth is obtained. The team handles institutional clients, affiliates, KOLs, lead traders, and broker relationships. It also works closely with the Product, Data, and Ecosystem teams to ensure that relevant feedback is worked into the underlying products. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:

Account Management

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all the clients brought in by the BD team.
  2. Supporting all clients with their requests improving their performance and helping them achieve better results.
  3. Ensuring all clients meet their agreed deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Collecting clients’ feedback and communicating with the team to make sure they’re delivered within a reasonable time.

Operations

  1. Assisting the BD team with managing all the payments.
  2. Segmenting, tracking, and documenting client performance, including return on investment (ROI) to help the team structure the strategies of growth.
  3. Supporting day-to-day operations, such as handling account setups, performance tracking, and general administrative tasks.

Marketing

  1. Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement.

About you:

  1. Solid experience in affiliate marketing or account management.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  3. Strong grasp of affiliate marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, performance-driven decisions.
  5. Familiarity with managing affiliate payment processes and tracking performance.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
  7. Able to juggle multiple affiliates or campaigns at once and stay organized under pressure.
  8. Strong project management abilities, with great attention to detail and deadlines.
  9. Skilled at identifying growth opportunities for affiliates and troubleshooting performance issues.
  10. Passionate about innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
