About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 6 months program designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. You will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.

Job Description:

1. Coordinate and execute campaigns and projects with internal stakeholders from start to finish to engage content creators.
2. Create community growth programs and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and community interaction through collaborations with creators.
3. Support internal teams on campaign initiatives and coordinate project management.
4. Maintain and evolve day-to-day communication and operating procedures with creators.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto industry, identify emerging crypto trends and track competitor activities.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
2. Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with remote global team members in different time zones.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
4. Great logical thinking ability, self-driven, and quick-learner.
5. Ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing fields, particularly within the crypto space.
7. Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability to work under pressure working at Binance.
