Requirements:

1. Assist in managing the Japan X account and community, ensuring active engagement and communication across various platforms.
2. Work with the manager to host community events, including preparation, promotion, and on-the-day coordination.
3. Support a variety of marketing operations tasks, such as content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.
4. Develop engaging content tailored for the Japanese market, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
5. Gather feedback from the community to help improve our products, services, and community activities.
6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and community engagement efforts to inform future strategies.
7. Work closely with various teams to coordinate marketing activities and community events, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
8. Address community inquiries and provide customer support in a timely and professional manner.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments within the Japanese cryptocurrency market and community.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in or Graduated from Bachelors in Marketing and other relevant fields.
2. Native level proficiency in Japanese and fluent in English.
3. Passion for building and managing online communities.
4. Experience in organizing or assisting with events, both virtual and in-person.
5. Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
6. Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging content tailored for the Japanese market.
7. Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
9. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and contribute to group efforts.
10. Eagerness to learn, stay updated with industry trends, and handle tasks on short notice.
11. Previous experience in community management or marketing is a plus.
12. Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
