The Seeds of Success Trainee Program at Binance offers a unique immersion into the dynamically growing cryptocurrency sector.

This full-time role will allow you to access behind-the-scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, instilling valuable insights.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of our Big Fiat Business Unit (BU). Under the one-on-one coaching of the BU Senior Leaders, they will undergo a one-year rotation across different functional teams.

This is a Full Time position, starting from middle of September 2024.

Who May Apply

Fresh Graduates or talents with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Able to join in middle of September 2024.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and implementation of plans for Big Fiat Growth operations, business development, strategy operations, Payment Channel management, and Product management
2. Conduct market and competitive research to support business decisions
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression
4. Analyze business data to identify trends and provide improvement recommendations
5. Support the planning, design, and development of new products and projects
6. Collect and analyze user feedback to suggest optimizations

Requirements

1. Have a strong interest and passion in cryptocurrencies or blockchain sectors, ideally with project experience in these areas
2. Fresh Graduates or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
4. Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
6. Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
