Key Responsibilities:

1. Source Code & Infrastructure: Lead the development, maintenance, and deployment of the blockchain source code and infrastructure.
2. Network & Protocol Maintenance: Ensure the scalability and robustness of network protocols and manage back-end services as the user base grows.
3. Integration & Scaling: Collaborate on wallet, exchange, and mining pool integrations.
4. Technical Strategy: Offer insights on security, protocol enhancement, and best practices for decentralization.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Bitcoin Core Expertise: Advanced understanding of Bitcoin Core, especially around protocol mechanics and security.
2. PoW Algorithm Experience: Skilled in RandomX or similar algorithms, with CPU mining knowledge.
3. Full-Stack Proficiency: Broad experience in blockchain development, including back-end services.
4. Windows GUI Development: Ability to develop GUI applications for Windows is an advantage.
5. Unix/Windows Skills: Proficient in both Unix/Linux and Windows for deployment.
