Summary

Xalts has been selected to participate in multiple government backed programs such as Digital Assets Lab in Qatar Financial Centre, Cyberport Incubation Program in Hong Kong etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Work on full-stack engineering solutions that integrate with or are built on top of blockchains.
2. Develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts.
3. Write clean maintainable code that follows Xalts development guidelines.
4. Translate functional product requirements to a system design that incorporates blockchain and traditional software infrastructure.
5. Stay at the forefront of the latest developments in blockchain and traditional software technology and propose improvements in architecture to ensure our products stay future-proof.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or related Integrated STEM program (from tier-1 engineering institutes).
2. 2+ years of smart contract development including production deployments of original, non-trivial protocols and related security audits.
3. Proficiency with Solidity and the EVM.
4. Experience designing distributed protocols.
5. Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts.
6. Ability to balance shipping quickly with building stable infrastructure.
7. Familiar with toolings such as Foundry, Hardhat or Truffle.
8. Passion for blockchain technologies.

Nice to have:

1. Experience working with app chains and/or modular blockchain frameworks (Avalanche Subnets, Polygon Supernets, Polygon CDK, Cosmos SDK, OP Stack, Arbitrum Orbit).
2. Experience with SQL (ex. Postgres) or NoSQL (ex. MongoDB) databases.
3. Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs and hands-on experience designing and implementing systems leveraging zero-knowledge proofs.
