Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to define the objectives of video advertisements.
  2. Conduct market research to understand the needs and interests of the target audience.
  3. Develop innovative creative concepts that align with the brand image.
  4. Craft concise and compelling video advertisement scripts.
  5. Work with the design team to develop visual elements for video advertisements.
  6. Select appropriate teams and oversee video production and shooting.
  7. Supervise video editing and special effects creation to ensure high quality.
  8. Conduct small-scale testing, gather feedback, and optimize accordingly.
  9. Develop release and promotion plans to increase ad visibility.
  10. Analyze ad performance data and adjust creative and strategy accordingly.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in brand creative planning or video advertising strategy.
  3. Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills.
  4. Familiarity with video advertising production processes and various publishing platforms.
  5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  6. Data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust creative strategies based on data.
  7. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or other video production software is preferred.
