Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define the objectives of video advertisements.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and interests of the target audience.
- Develop innovative creative concepts that align with the brand image.
- Craft concise and compelling video advertisement scripts.
- Work with the design team to develop visual elements for video advertisements.
- Select appropriate teams and oversee video production and shooting.
- Supervise video editing and special effects creation to ensure high quality.
- Conduct small-scale testing, gather feedback, and optimize accordingly.
- Develop release and promotion plans to increase ad visibility.
- Analyze ad performance data and adjust creative and strategy accordingly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand creative planning or video advertising strategy.
- Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with video advertising production processes and various publishing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust creative strategies based on data.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or other video production software is preferred.
