The Business Development role at Zeon Chain is pivotal in expanding the company’s reach within the blockchain ecosystem, focusing on fostering partnerships, driving user adoption, and increasing market share. The role will require a results-driven individual to lead and execute business initiatives, contributing directly to Zeon Chain's overall success.

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance Zeon Chain’s presence in the blockchain and crypto space.
  2. Drive user acquisition through targeted campaigns and community outreach, focusing on both retail and institutional markets.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and trends to ensure Zeon Chain remains competitive.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align business growth strategies with operational goals.
  5. Represent Zeon Chain at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to promote the platform and its unique value propositions.
  6. Negotiate and close deals that align with Zeon Chain’s vision, ensuring sustainable growth.
  7. Monitor key performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Required Skills

  1. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and tokenomics.
  2. Proven ability in business development, strategic partnerships, or similar roles, ideally within the fintech or blockchain industries.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Analytical mindset, capable of assessing business opportunities, market trends, and competitive environments.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field, with proven success in driving growth and revenue.
  3. Experience in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry is highly desirable.
  4. Demonstrated experience in leading negotiations and closing business deals.
  5. Familiarity with regulatory environments related to blockchain and digital assets is a plus.
