Position Overview::

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in fintech or blockchain to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions across our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to draw out and document detailed business requirements. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
2. Solution Design and Documentation: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows to facilitate effective communication and understanding among cross-functional teams.
3. Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with key stakeholders to facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and present proposed solutions.
4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes, develop plans, and support organizational readiness for process and system implementations. Assist in creating training materials and delivering training sessions to end users.
5. Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities, including creating test scenarios, conducting functional and regression testing, and ensuring that deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria. Collaborate with the development and testing teams to identify and resolve issues and defects.

6. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process optimization and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to fintech and blockchain.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) is add on
3. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-level projects, with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
4. Background in fintech or blockchain, with knowledge of related technologies, concepts, and industry trends.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
