Job Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking domain.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in the similiar role
- Proven experience as a business analyst in the Finance industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
