Job Description

  1. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking domain. 
  2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. 
  3. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. 
  4. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes. 
  5. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. 
  6. Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the quality of deliverables. 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 
  2. At least 4 years of experience in the similiar role 
  3. Proven experience as a business analyst in the Finance industry. 
  4. Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations. 
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  6. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  7. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
