Your expertise will help transform our business, making Bitpanda more agile, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals.

What you’ll do 

1. Ensure the delivery of automation solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, then translating them into actionable plans for developers.
2. Organize UAT processes to maintain high-quality standards before deployment.
3. Partner with the development team to integrate advanced deployment automation, ensuring an end-to-end automation delivery process.

Who you are

1. Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, improvement, building automations, and quality assurance, with a track record of successfully implementing change.
2. Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
3. Ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies that drive business performance and ensure quality standards.
4. Experience working in a tech environment, preferably with automation tools (low-code BPMs, RPA platforms, etc.).
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand stakeholder requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and guide teams through the development process.
