Summary

Responsibilities

1. Scale up top blockchain/ecosystem partners
2. Expand partnership with industry-leading enterprises in developing their dev community and ecosystem
3. Building and maintaining long lasting business relationships with clients 
4. Identify, negotiate and sign deals with new partners of all sizes
5. Close deals in collaboration with other teams(legal, engineering, marketing and product)
6. Assist BD director to formulate business strategies, write business reports and proposals, supervise the proposal process, and maintain business partner relationships  
7. Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or in a related field 
2. Able to reach and identify good projects for DoraHacks collaboration and partnership
3. Good at consultative selling
4. Excellent English communication and presentation skills 
5. Above 2yrs working experience in web3 and blockchain
6. Business resources in the blockchain ecosystem is a plus
7. Experience in business development, partnerships, and sales for a top Internet/technology/consultancy company is a plus
8. Mandarin/French/German/Spanish/Korean/ Japanese /Turkish /Russian proficiency is a huge plus

1. Test: You may be required to complete an online test or a take-home assignment to assess your skills relevant to the position.
2. Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.
3. Team Interview: A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you'll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.
4. Final Interview: A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers.
5. All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.
