Summary

What You Will Do:

  1. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve partner acquisition and sales goals.
  2. Client Management: Acquire new partners and maintain strong relationships.
  3. Scout Leads: Look for new leads and convert them into partners.
  4. Achieve Business Numbers: Ensure success in terms of KYCs, new acquisitions, retention, lead conversion, etc.
  5. Innovate Sales Strategies: Work with stakeholders to implement new sales tactics.
  6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report personal performance metrics.
  7. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with stock broking and market trends.

What You Should Have

  1. Proven sales experience in stock broking
  2. Strong DRA onboarding and relationship skills
  3. Experience in people management, sales, and acquisition
  4. Skills in influencer relations and relationship management
  5. Good knowledge of the financial market
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented
