Summary
What You Will Do:
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve partner acquisition and sales goals.
- Client Management: Acquire new partners and maintain strong relationships.
- Scout Leads: Look for new leads and convert them into partners.
- Achieve Business Numbers: Ensure success in terms of KYCs, new acquisitions, retention, lead conversion, etc.
- Innovate Sales Strategies: Work with stakeholders to implement new sales tactics.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report personal performance metrics.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with stock broking and market trends.
What You Should Have
- Proven sales experience in stock broking
- Strong DRA onboarding and relationship skills
- Experience in people management, sales, and acquisition
- Skills in influencer relations and relationship management
- Good knowledge of the financial market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
