Summary

Join Paradigm and Paradex as we expand our groundbreaking DeFi services across EMEA. As a Business Development Associate based in London, you'll be instrumental in scaling our businesses, leveraging your familiarity with the derivatives space and crypto ecosystem to enhance our client relations and market presence.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
  2. Business Development: Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across Europe and the US, tailoring your approach to meet client needs and introducing them to new Paradigm features.
  3. Client Onboarding and Education: Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries.
  4. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance.
  5. Professional Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all internal and external interactions.

What You Bring:

  1. Crypto Passion and Expertise: Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows. Experience in electronic trading is essential.
  2. Proven Experience: 2+ years on an institutional sales desk with derivatives experience, and at least 1 year within crypto institutional sales.
  3. Network and Influence: Strong connections within the crypto community and a proven ability to leverage relationships to meet business objectives.
  4. Communication Mastery: Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills to effectively cover and service a diverse client base.
  5. Performance Driven: A clear track record of exceeding revenue goals and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  6. Team Collaboration: Strong time management skills and the capability to work seamlessly with a globally distributed team.
