Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Identify and acquire new B2B customers, negotiating commercial terms.
  2. Develop and maintain a structured sales funnel, engaging potential clients at all stages.
  3. Foster long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth customer onboarding under KYC/KYB policies.

Required Skills

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the crypto or fintech sectors.
  2. Strong ability to build and manage sales pipelines.
  3. Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and achieve business targets.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with strong presentation and communication skills.
