Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our crypto OTC desk and cross-border settlement solution within Europe. We are looking for someone who has great relationships with potential clients, and multinationals and has a long experience selling financial products to those clients.

This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry, collaborating with global partners to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Market Expansion: Identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities to expand our presence in European markets.

2. Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, including payment solution providers, igaming companies, forex brokers, financial institutions, and enterprises seeking cross-border settlement solutions.

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, industry associations, and technology partners.

4. Product Development: Gather market feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our crypto exchange and cross-border settlement solutions.

5. Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving conversions.

6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Job requirements

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven track record of at least 4 years (4 years and above) in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry, focusing on European markets.

2. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fintech, payment processing, cryptocurrency trading platforms, and cross-border payment solutions.

3. Network: Established a network of contacts within the European financial services, igaming, and Forex industries, including payment processors, banks, and regulators.

4. Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus.

6. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. Adaptability: Willingness to travel and work in a rapidly changing industry with evolving regulatory requirements.
