Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research into blockchain industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Middle East and European regions;
- Seek out and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential collaborations in these markets;
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve the company's business goals in the Middle East / European Market;
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners to promote cooperation and drive growth;
- Participate actively in negotiation processes and contribute to the drafting and finalizing of cooperation agreements;
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee that all business projects are completed successfully and on schedule;
- Regularly report business progress to senior management, providing market analysis and business forecasts;
- Adjust business strategies and plans based on market feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 6 years of experience in business development or related fields, focus on client growth experience in the blockchain industry preferred;
- Proven track record in client development and management, with extensive industry resources and contacts;
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, capable of fluent business communication;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic thinking with the ability to independently develop and execute business plans;
- Excellent project management and teamwork abilities.
