About the role:

• Lead Generation: With a sector of the market to focus on, can source and foster new leads by having an in-depth understanding of how our products and future product roadmap can serve partners building with Boost.
• Business Development: Work with newly sourced leads to go through a full business development cycle to convert them from a discovery phase lead to a partner building with Boost and using our ToolKit.
• Prospect & Partner Education: Continuously educate prospects and current partners can on how our tooling can help to accomplish their goals.
• Product Feedback: Gather partner feedback and synthesize it to the most critical points for our product team to understand how partners feel in market about our current capabilities and where they see gaps for potential improvements.

About You:

• Experimental mindset: You are comfortable in a high-tempo environment and have the ability to think outside the box with the best ways to serve partners, creating unique use cases for our product with them when required.
• Naturally Curious: You ask a lot of questions and listen intently to the answer because youre genuinely curious about learning new things during every conversation.
• Resourceful & Creative: You are resourceful and creative, skilled at overcoming challenges by using the materials you have and actively think outside the box about new solutions.
• Analytical thinker: You can understand the metrics that matter to a partner easily and the actions they can take to influence those important KPIs, relaying back the results in a structured, concise, and impactful manner.
• Start-up Experience: You have previous experience working with a small team in a fast paced start-up environment that changes quickly.
