As we expand in the rapidly evolving NFT landscape, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is deeply embedded in the NFT world to drive our growth and lead strategic partnerships. Responsibilities:

  1. Forge strategic partnerships with influencers, creators, and thought leaders within the NFT and crypto spaces to enhance our brand's reach and influence.
  2. Identify and develop collaborative relationships with top-tier NFT projects, DAOs, and other Web3 platforms to expand our ecosystem.
  3. Engage actively with online NFT communities across various platforms like Discord and Twitter (X) to stay ahead of trends and uncover new partnership opportunities.
  4. Represent our company at key Web3 conferences and events, and participate in industry dialogues like Twitter Spaces to enhance our visibility and network.
  5. Develop and implement robust business strategies to onboard new clients and partners, driving our platform's growth and usage.
  6. Lead negotiations for strategic alliances and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.

Desired Experience:

  1. Proven success in business development, sales, or partnerships within the NFT, crypto, or Web3 industries.
  2. Deeply ingrained knowledge of NFT culture and a degen-level understanding of community dynamics and trends.
  3. A well-established network within the NFT and crypto communities, including relationships with key influencers and thought leaders.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  5. Experience with decentralized organizations, DAOs, or blockchain platforms is highly desirable.
  6. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-first work environment, with a strong passion for NFTs, Web3, and the transformative potential of decentralized technologies.

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans across multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $120,000 to $215,000 plus benefits & equity.
