Summary

You are a seasoned Business Development professional with a proven track record of providing world class account management. You are able to bridge the gap between technical considerations and business processes. Your experience identifying, attracting, and developing relationships will be critical to scaling our developer base across various teams and initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in driving adoption and in realizing our mission to create more open innovation on blockchains.

What You Will Do

As part of the BD team, you’ll be supporting multiple efforts across the business. While the exact focus will vary depending on the team you’re aligned with, here are a few examples of ways you will make an impact:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for customers, and use strategic outreach to grow the ecosystem.
  2. Build and expand relationships with key partners, e.g. asset managers and funds, to drive adoption of EigenLayer’s ecosystem.
  3. Work with integrators to scale our blockchain solutions and provide tailored, high-touch customer support.
  4. Analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share user feedback and strengthen the roadmap.
  5. Track and analyze customer pipelines using CRM tools (HubSpot) and business intelligence platforms.

What You Will Bring

  1. 3+ years of experience working in an account management, BD, or partnerships role
  2. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, dApps, and staking
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  4. Experience with CRM and BI platforms 
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem solving skills

The target salary range for this role is $130,000 to $200,000 USD. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
