Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the business development of CoinEx Russian market, actively searching for new partners and building new partnerships to promote the company's business growth.

2. According to the market demand and company strategy, formulate and execute business development plans, looking for potential cooperation opportunities, especially in cryptocurrency industry related fields.

3. Analyze the industry trend and competition situation in depth, provide the company with business development direction and suggestions, and participate in the formulation of the company's long-term development strategy.

4. Take the initiative to establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with cryptocurrency project partners, blockchain enterprises, KOLs, media, financial institutions and so on.

5. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the cryptocurrency industry resource network, and maintaining regular communication with important enterprises, organizations and investors in the industry.

6. Regularly submit business development reports, track project progress and results, and evaluate the effect of cooperation.

7. Provide valuable information for the company's strategic decision-making through market analysis, industry dynamics monitoring, market cryptocurrency regulation dynamics and other reports to promote the company's business growth.

8. Based on the needs of the PR team and the headquarters business team, assist in the completion of related resource development and business negotiation.

Requirements

1. Familiar with the cryptocurrency industry and have a certain degree of market awareness.

2. Have cryptocurrency-related business development or cooperation experience, and be able to quickly understand industry trends and business models.

3. Have rich industry resources, especially resources from cryptocurrency and blockchain-related companies and institutions.

4. Possess excellent business communication, negotiation skills and public relations capabilities, be familiar with the process and strategy of business negotiations, and be able to independently handle complex cooperation negotiations.

5. Strong market insight and strategic thinking, able to formulate and adjust business development strategies in response to industry changes.

6. Good project management skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to promote the implementation of cooperation projects.
