Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Business Development team, which is spread out over all time zones, with a directive to manage client relationships with WOO, build client relationships and determine where to expand to ensure clients' needs are met and revenue growth is obtained. The team handles 2C, 2B, and broker relationships and works closely with the product and ecosystem to ensure that relevant feedback is included in the underlying products. Interested? What you’ll be working on:
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire, onboard, and manage high-volume trading clients, including market makers, proprietary trading firms, and hedge funds.
- Maintaining a deep, up-to-date understanding of the crypto industry, trading strategies, key market players, and evolving trends.
- Identifying and establishing relationships with key partners to drive taker flow growth and liquidity enhancement.
- Managing and optimizing existing client relationships to ensure continued engagement and increased trading activity.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering and Ecosystem, to refine offerings and ensure a seamless trading experience.
- Analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive trading volume and revenue.
- Coordinating with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

About you:
- 4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial trading industries.
- Strong network within the institutional trading ecosystem, including market makers, proprietary trading firms, and liquidity providers.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-volume trading clients and optimizing taker flow.
- In-depth knowledge of crypto trading strategies, liquidity dynamics, and order flow management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to business development and market expansion.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive product improvements based on client feedback.
- Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial markets.
