Summary
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our user base and onboard token projects looking for real growth tools.
You will:
- Identify and connect with early-stage Solana token founders and growth leads
- Demonstrate our platform’s value in increasing visibility, transaction volume, and organic holder acquisition
- Develop and manage a pipeline of crypto-native projects launching on Raydium, Meteora, PumpSwap, and similar DEXs
- Collaborate closely with our product team to align tools and strategies with client needs
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Solana ecosystem, token launch mechanics, and DEX analytics
- Experience in crypto/Web3 business development, partnerships, or sales
- Clear and effective communication skills, comfortable explaining growth strategies simply and convincingly
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
