Job Description

Summary

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our user base and onboard token projects looking for real growth tools.

You will:

  1. Identify and connect with early-stage Solana token founders and growth leads
  2. Demonstrate our platform’s value in increasing visibility, transaction volume, and organic holder acquisition
  3. Develop and manage a pipeline of crypto-native projects launching on Raydium, Meteora, PumpSwap, and similar DEXs
  4. Collaborate closely with our product team to align tools and strategies with client needs

Requirements

  1. Strong knowledge of the Solana ecosystem, token launch mechanics, and DEX analytics
  2. Experience in crypto/Web3 business development, partnerships, or sales
  3. Clear and effective communication skills, comfortable explaining growth strategies simply and convincingly
  4. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
