Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Binance Connect team link. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth within the crypto/Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and establish relationships with crypto wallet providers, DApps and other Web3 platforms.
  2. Drive the adoption of on/off-ramp services by negotiating and closing strategic partnerships.
  3. Sales and Business Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to promote our on/off-ramp solutions.
  4. Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine value propositions.
  6. Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market demands, challenges, and opportunities.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align services with customer requirements.
  8. Advocate for customer-centric improvements in product offerings.
  9. Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build credibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of on/off-ramp services, crypto wallets, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems.

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in crypto/fiat transactions.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and sales metrics.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

Soft Skills:

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Established network within the crypto/Web3 community.
  2. Experience working with global clients and partners.
  3. Understanding of self custody wallet, DeFi platforms and payment gateways.
