Summary
Responsibilities
Vendor, Partner, and Supplier Relationship Management
Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations and long-term business growth.
Identify and build partnerships that align with Binance Pool’s business objectives and growth strategy.
Project Flow and Internal Procedures
Streamline and optimize project workflows, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within scope.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on procedures, track project statuses, and address any bottlenecks or delays.
Project Ownership and Revenue Growth
Take ownership of specific projects, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Expand current project volumes and initiatives to drive revenue growth for Binance Pool.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing projects to maximize revenue potential.
VIP Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for increasing their mining hash rate and expanding their engagement with Binance Pool.
Client Support and Inquiries
Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients, assisting with inquiries and providing timely responses to client needs.
Provide tailored support for VIP clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and their mining activities are optimized.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency mining industry and Binance Pool products and services.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with high-value clients (VIPs), partners, and vendors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure project success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with mining hash rate and other technical aspects of the cryptocurrency mining ecosystem is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
