Summary
Our Business Development Manager will contribute to building and managing the full sales cycle of business development. This includes analysing and identifying opportunities, as well as rewarding partners.
The business development approach at P2P.org is built on the proactive efforts of every BDM in collaboration with the product, legal, and research teams. You should be persistent in your drive to close a deal, curious, and inventive in finding ways to achieve results.
You Will:
- Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products in the U.S.
- Clients include various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales).
- Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure smooth deal closure.
- Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.
You Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and institutional investment trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-suite executives and institutional clients.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, but a willingness to learn and master new systems is essential.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and prior experience in driving DeFi TVL growth are a plus.
