ASB is dedicated to training students in cutting-edge technologies like Full-stack, React, Node, and related domains. After completing their training, we offer placement support, ensuring our students land jobs that match their skills. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to connect with firms and expand placement opportunities for our talented students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify Placement Opportunities: Research and identify companies hiring for tech stacks like Full-stack, React, Node, and other related technologies.

  1. Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain partnerships with HR managers and recruiters at various firms.

  1. Understand Hiring Needs: Communicate with hiring firms to gather detailed requirements and preferences for candidates.

  1. Collaborate with HR Coordinator: Pass qualified leads and job openings to the HR Coordinator to match students with the right placement opportunities.

  1. Expand Employer Network: Continuously grow our network of companies for potential placement of students.

  1. Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends to align student training programs with the latest market needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or tech industry.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Familiarity with technical recruitment and the latest technology trends (Full-stack, React, Node, etc.).
  5. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
